Blissful Inspirations Cakes
My love of baking began in my mum's kitchen, learning to make traditional Greek sweets.
By my teens I was creating all of the family's birthday cakes — inspired by the vintage Australian Women's Weekly Children's Birthday Cake Book. Friends and family started coming to me for every celebration, and in 2017 I followed my lifelong dream, leaving my corporate career to turn my passion into a profession.

When I take on your wedding or celebration, I give it everything — my skill, my time, and my genuine care for the moment you are marking.
Over 15 years and 40+ industry awards later,
I am still as passionate about the work as I was the day I began. Every cake I make is completely original. Every client I work with is treated as my most important.

Every creation I make is completely bespoke — designed and handcrafted to reflect your unique style, vision and the overall feeling of your celebration. I personally design and build each cake from scratch using premium ingredients and meticulous techniques, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully executed.
I guide every client from the very first conversation through to the moment your cake is placed — offering personalised consultations, a wedding tasting box so you can experience my flavours before committing, and detailed design sketches once your booking is confirmed..

From My Mother's Kitchen

THE BEGINNING
My love of baking began in my mother's kitchen learning to make traditional Greek sweets — a passion that would shape everything that followed.
THE TEENAGER YEARS

2017 — THE LEAP
I left my corporate career to follow my lifelong dream — founding Blissful Inspirations Cakes and committing everything to the craft I love.
2021
Awarded the Mayoral Achievement Award for Business Excellence — a recognition of my contribution to the Melbourne business community that I treasure deeply.
2023–2026
Recognised with over 40 local, national and international awards — including flying to Brisbane to compete at national level in the ACADA Haute Couture Wedding Cake competition.
