Portions sizes, choose which portion you would prefer to serve your guests

Dessert Portions -

1" x 2" Cake width – is larger than the Coffee portion

Coffee Portions -

1" x 1" Cake width – is smaller than the Dessert portion

Recommendations

Some events include a
3-course meal, which includes desserts, therefore coffee portions would be recommended.

If your wedding cake is included as part of the 3-course meal as the dessert, then dessert portions are recommended.
